Rooftop Monitoring

Security and control over your roof

A sensor capable of reliably detecting water is placed in the inspection pipe, the lowest point of the roof. In the event of water ingress, you and your roofing contractor will be notified immediately of the leak. Together, you can then initiate the necessary maintenance and repair work, thus preventing expensive damage to the roof and building structure.
As the system does not rely on the mains electricity supply or an internet connection, installation costs are low and reliability is high.

How does rooftop monitoring work?

With flat roof monitoring, you can keep an eye on the condition of your roof at all times.

Measuring

A sensor capable of reliably detecting water is placed in the inspection pipe, the lowest point of the roof.

Transmission

The measurement data is transmitted via the LoRaWAN, which is a secure, cost-effective and
energy-efficient method.

Analysis

The transmitted data is analysed and processed on the PRiOT platform. The measured values can be viewed by the customer at any time via the dashboard.

Reporting

Notifications via text message, email or phone can be set up in the dashboard. This allows us to alert you or the roofing contractor immediately.
