A sensor capable of reliably detecting water is placed in the inspection pipe, the lowest point of the roof.
The measurement data is transmitted via the LoRaWAN, which is a secure, cost-effective and
energy-efficient method.
The transmitted data is analysed and processed on the PRiOT platform. The measured values can be viewed by the customer at any time via the dashboard.
Notifications via text message, email or phone can be set up in the dashboard. This allows us to alert you or the roofing contractor immediately.
The DaMo is placed in the inspection pipe at the lowest point of the roof, where it is able to reliably detect water.
The DaMo does not rely on the main power supply or an internet connection, so installation is simple and reliability is high.
The DaMo fits into standard inspection pipes and can therefore be used without any problems on both new buildings and existing roofs.
