The filter status, room temperature and room humidity are recorded on site using the filter monitoring device (PRiOT FiMo).
The measurement data is transmitted via LoRaWAN, which is a secure, cost-effective and energy-efficient method.
The transmitted data is analysed and processed on the PRiOT platform using algorithms. Values such as the current filter contamination or the suggested filter replacement date can be viewed by the customer at any time via the dashboard.
Various interfaces to facility management providers are available to integrate predictive filter maintenance holistically into the plant maintenance process. Integration into the customer's own ERP system is also possible.
The PRiOT-FiMo can be attached to the system with minimal effort; the installation is simple and does not take long.
No additional installation costs are required for data transmission,
as the PRiOT-FiMo uses the existing LoRaWAN for this purpose.
The PRiOT-FiMo is attached directly to the system and the connections
before and after the filter are attached for measurements.
